STAMPlorations ~ 7th Birthday ~ Day 4

Welcome to day 4 of STAMPlorations Belated 7th Birthday Celebration!

Here's my card

It's another slimline card. For this card, I used STAMPlorations ARTplorations Slimline Flair stencil with ripe persimmon, fired brick, dried marigold distress inks applied with ink daubers. These colors make me happy! My stencil is the blue 7mil size and it feels like it wouldn't take ink applied with an ink blending tool well. With the ink daubers, I was able to pounce the colors on and didn't need to "move" from side to side. My preference is the white 10mil size which would take more lateral movement without shifting out of place. I trimmed the panel slightly so that I could mat with orange cardstock. For the sentiment, I used a clear sticker from STAMPlorations Happy Happy Clear Sticker pack, adhered to a orange/gold cardstock. I trimmed it to size. I added a horizontal strip of red cardstock so that all three colors of distress inks had corresponding color cardstock on the card. I added a few sequins for a bit of sparkle.
