STAMPlorations ~ STAMPcuts Retro Christmas ~ NEW!

A few days ago, I shared a few cards using STAMPlorations STAMPcuts Retro Gratitude. Today, I'm sharing a few cards using STAMPlorations STAMPcuts Retro Christmas.

Here's my first card

For this card, I used STAMPlorations' Christmas Icons - Nativity x 2 die. I die cut the nativity scene from black cardstock and I die cut the star using gold cardstock. I glued the gold star in place. I ink blended using a pouncer and white pigment ink on a dark blue A2 card panel behind where the star would be placed. I glued the die cut in place. Also, I glued a STAMPcuts Retro Christmas typography die cut in place. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.

Here's my second card.

For this card, I started with STAMPlorations Christmas Tree 1 stencil and evergreen bough distress ink on a white A2 card base. I added a STAMPlorations Christmas Backgrounds ATC #1 after matting it with dark green cardstock. I adhered it to the background at an angle. For the STAMPlorations STAMPcuts Retro Christmas die cut, I used a marker to color over the yellow/gold part to make the colors work together better. I popped the die cut up with dimensional adhesive for a bit of dimension.

STAMPlorations ~ STAMPcuts Retro Gratitude ~ NEW!

It's so amazing how many product ideas, Shery, the owner of STAMPlorations has. Now, she has come up with STAMPcuts Retro Gratitude. They are a collection of 15 STAMPcuts™  which are ready to use, die-cut typography pieces that add bold, beautifully layerd sentiments for cards, journals, scrapbook pages and other creative projects. 

Here's my first card using the STAMPcuts Retro Gratitude.

For my card, I started with a cream A2 card base and STAMPlorations' Beautiful Mandala Accent #2 stencil. This stencil is designed for a slimline card and worked great on one edge of the card. I masked a small area along the edge of the stencil. I added color with distress inks, similar to the colors of the STAMPcuts Retro Gratitude typography die cut that I chose. I used mustard seed, spiced marmalade, mowed lawn and gathered twigs distress inks applied with oval ink blending brushes. I popped the STAMPcut on dimensionals to complete this card.

Here's my second card using a STAMPcuts Retro Gratitude typography die cut.

For this card, I used STAMPlorations' Delicate Leaves and Circles Flexi-Template stencils. I stacked three of the flexi-template stencil to mask off the circle and stacked the delicate leaves stencil on top. I added color with distress inks - mustard seed, spiced marmalade, mowed lawn and gathered twigs, applied with oval ink blending brushes. I trimmed the white A2 panel slightly and matted with an amber colored cardstock. I again popped up the STAMPcuts typography die cut with dimensionals. I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base to complete my card.

STAMPlorations ~ Perfect Pairs: Classic Christmas

More new products at STAMPlorations, called Perfect Pairs. Each Perfect Pair comes with a two-stamp set and a pack of coordinating ephemera. I received the Perfect Pairs: Classic Christmas.

Here are two cards that I've made with the Perfect Pairs: Classic Christmas set.

For this card, I stamped and heat-embossed with gold embossing powder on dark green cardstock. I cut the cardstock into a tag shape. I chose the lantern from the ephemera and used my Crop-o-dile to punch a hold in the top of the lantern to also make a tag. I used some gold cord to connect both tags. I glued the tags to a medium gray A2 card panel. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape. Here's a close-up.

Here's the second card

For this card, I chose the mailbox from the ephemera pack. Instead of gluing the mailbox to a white A2 card, I decided to ink blend with antique linen distress ink applied with an oval ink blending brush. I made a large enough ink blended area so that some of the ink extends beyond the mailbox. For the sentiment, I used the second stamp and gold embossing powder to heat emboss the sentiment directly on the card base. To finish my card, I glued the mailbox in place. STAMPlorations ~ Perfect Pairs: Party and Wishes

More new products at STAMPlorations, called Perfect Pairs. Each Perfect Pair comes with a two-stamp set and a pack of coordinating ephemera. I received the Perfect Pairs: Party and Wishes.

Here are two cards that I've made with the Perfect Pairs: Party and Wishes set.

For this card, I stamped the sentiment three times, using my MISTI and Taylored Expressions Dried Fig ink on a yellow A2 card panel. I glued the party hats from the ephemera pack above the stamped sentiment. To complete my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.

For this card, I stamped the sentiment twice on five different colors of cardstock. I cut the sentiment elements to rectangles, about 2 1/2" x 7/8". I arranged them on a light blue A2 card panel and glued them into place. I added the gift from the pack of ephemera using dimensional adhesives. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.

STAMPlorations ~ Simple Expressions

Hi! I have a few cards to show you today which feature Simple Expressions stamps at STAMPlorations. They released 18 sets containing two stamps focusing on the same 
"simple expression". They are available at an affordable price of $5 US each.

Here's my first SIMPLE EXPRESSIONS card. I was given the Simple Expressions: Choose clear stamps to work with.

For my card, I used a STAMPlorations Botanical Beats collage paper, cut about 4" x 5 1/4". I adhered it to a cream A2 card base. I stamped "CHOOSE to see the good" with PinkFresh Studio's Evergreen ink. I cut one of STAMPlorations Pop Art Faces A2 Card Fronts and matted with black cardstock. I ink blended the edge of the card front with frayed burlap distress ink applied with an oval ink blending brush. I adhered the "eyes" on an angle to the card front to complete my card.

Here's my second card using STAMPlorations' Simple Expressions: Choose clear stamps.

For this card, I chose another of STAMPlorations' Pop Art Faces A2 Card Fronts. I trimmed it and matted with gold cardstock. I adhered it to a cream A2 card base. I heat embossed the sentiment using gold embossing powder on cream cardstock and fussy cut it out. I glued it to gold cardstock and fussy cut it. I adhered it to the center of the card to complete Card 2.

Here's card 3 using STAMPlorations' Simple Expressions: Choose clear stamps.

For this card, I heat embossed the sentiment using clear embossing powder on some colored cardstock. I trimmed them to sentiment strips. I paired them with a STAMPlorations Retro Femme ATC. I adhered the elements to a medium gray A2 card panel and then to a white A2 card base. 

Here's my last card, today, using STAMPlorations' Simple Expressions: Choose clear stamps.

For this card, I used STAMPlorations' Zen Hearts stencil and picked raspberry, festive berries and candied apple distress inks applied randomly with oval ink blending brushes. I fussy cut the heart. I heat embossed the sentiment with silver embossing powder and trimmed to form a sentiment strip. I glued the heart and sentiment to a medium gray A2 card panel and then adhered the panel to a white A2 card base.

Happy Birthday 13th STAMPlorations!

 We're having a celebration over at STAMPlorations. Our beloved leader, Shery has created some new products that make card making simple and easy. We are showcasing some of the recent release products. I showed four cards yesterday here and I have three more cards today.

Here's the first card

When I saw this STAMPlorations' new Comic Pop Pocket Backdrops paper which measures 3 3/4" x 5 3/4", I was reminded of the old Batman show from the 60s. I stamped the lightning bolt (twice) and the starburst using STAMPlorations' Super Hero stamp set on white cardstock and the words on some scraps of cardstock. I fussy cut them out and glued them onto the patterned paper. As the patterned paper is a bit narrower than A2, I adhered it to a dark blue A2 card panel with two vertical borders. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.

Here is card two

STAMPlorations released some new stencils. For this card, I used STAMPlorations' new Abstract Notes stencil with picked raspberry, mustard seed and salty ocean distress inks applied with oval ink blending brushes. By choosing these three colors, when overlapped they create green, purple and orange colors. I felt that the background being so colorful, that a simple black and white element from STAMPlorations' new Big Birthday Cakes - Colorables was selected. I used a clear sticker from STAMPlorations' Happy Happy clear sticker pack. I adhered the sticker in the bottom right corner and glued the cake in place, a bit askew for a bit of whimsy. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.

Last, but not least, here is card three

For this card, I chose a pretty element using STAMPlorations' new Flowers + Coffee Focal Fronts and the sentiment from STAMPlorations' new Floral Magic Clear Stickers. I created a background using STAMPlorations' Dots All Over stencil and milled lavender, saltwater taffy, old paper distress inks applied with oval ink blending brushes on a white A2 card panel. I adhered the sticker to the bottom of the panel and glued the pretty cup with florals in place. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.

Happy 13th Birthday STAMPlorations!

We're having a celebration over at STAMPlorations. Our beloved leader, Shery has created some new products that make card making simple and easy. We are showcasing some of the recent release products. 

Here is my first card

For this card, I used a sheet of STAMPlorations' new All Things Coffee Ephemera Cut-Outs. I chose 2 images and fussy cut them. Also, I chose a sentiment from STAMPlorations' new All Things Coffee Clear Stickers. To create a background for the coffee-inspired items, I used STAMPlorations' Dots 'n Beans stencil on a white A2 card base with Gathered Twigs distress ink applied with an oval ink blending brush. I adhered the clear sticker to a scrap of kraft cardstock to help me it stand out. I moved the sentiment and two elements around until I found a placement I liked and I glued them down to complete my card.

Here's my second card

For this card, I started with a sheet of STAMPlorations' new Nostalgia #1 Ephemera Cut-Outs. When I saw the sewing machine, it reminded me of my mom. She sewed "piecework" while we were growing up and later she did alterations. I cut the sewing machine out. For the background, I used STAMPlorations' Wonky Stitched Grid Texture Cover Plate with a green panel. I ink blended some Fossilized Amber distress ink with an oval ink blending brush to give it a worn look. I also matted with a mustard colored A2 piece of cardstock. To prevent the sewing machine from getting lost on the background, I cut a circle from kraft cardstock. I glued the pieces together. For the sentiment, I used one of the stickers from STAMPlorations' new Nostalgic #1 Clear Stickers pack. I adhered the sticker to a scrap of the mustard cardstock, trimmed it and glued it in place to complete my second card.

Here's my third card

For this card, I selected the floral coffee cup element from STAMPlorations' new Flowers + Coffee Focal Fronts pack. This pre-cut and colored image is perfect if you're in a hurry to make a card. I chose a sentiment from STAMPlorations' new All Things Coffee - Clear Stickers pack. For the background, I cut one sheet from STAMPlorations' Botanical Beats Collage Paper pack down to A2 size. I adhered the clear sticker to the background and glued the coffee cup focal front in place. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base. So simple to do and it looks great!

Here's my fourth card and my last card today

For this card, I chose an element from STAMPlorations' new Floral Parade Ephemera Cut-Outs and fussy cut it. The paper is not too thick and there is a nice thick white border which makes the fussy cutting very easy to do. I chose a sentment clear sticker from STAMPlorations new Floral Magic - Clear Stickers pack. For the background, I used STAMPlorations' Dragonfly Waltz stencil with milled lavender, antique linen and old paper distress inks applied with oval ink blending brushes. I stuck the sentiment sticker in place and glued the floral element in place. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.

STAMPlorations and the 2026 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

We at STAMPlorations are joining in the fun at the 2026 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. 

Here's my Coffee-inspired card

For my card, I used STAMPlorations Coffee Petites stamp set. I stamped the coffee images a few times randomly on a white A2 card panel. I added a bit of color using STAMPlorations Donts 'n Beans stencil and distress inks - antique linen, peeled paint and PinkFresh Studio's ballet slipper ink applied with oval ink blending brushes. For the sentiment, I used STAMPlorations Brew-tiful Day stamp set. I stamped the words on natural cardstock and trimmed them to rectangles. To help them pop against the busy background, I matted them with black cardstock. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.

STAMPlorations ~ May Challenge ~ ANYTHING GOES

Here's my card

For my card, I ink smooshed on an A2 panel of 100 lb bristol with distress inks - blueprint sketch, peacock feathers, mowed lawn, wilted violet. Once the panel was dry, I stamped the image using STAMPlorations Cup of Blooms #3 and the sentiment using STAMPlorations Birthday Bash. I trimmed the panel slightly and matted with an A2 blue panel. I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape to complete my card.

Coffee Loving Papercrafters ~ Coffee Date with Helen

I'm so excited to be joining a STAMPlorations Design Teammate, Helen for her Coffee Date with Helen at Coffee Loving Papercrafters.

Here's my card

For my card, I started by stamping the coffee image using STAMPlorations Brew-tiful Day stamp set onto a sheet of STAMPlorations Botanical Beats Collage paper. I fussy cut the hot beverage, cup and saucer parts. Onto some natural cardstock, I stamped the same image and glued the fussy cut images in place. I cut the panel down to 3" x 4" and matted in black. Onto an A2 panel of natural cardstock, I used STAMPlorations' ARTplorations Dots 'n Beans stencil with antique linen distress ink, peeled paint distress ink and PinkFresh Studio's ballet slipper ink, all lightly applied with oval ink blending brushes. I stamped the Brew-tiful from the same stamp set for the sentiment of my card with Versafine Onyx Black ink. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.

STAMPlorations' Spring Fling 2026

WOOHOO! Time for a party at STAMPlorations. We're having a Spring Fling Blog Hop and I'm happy to be a part of it. 

Here's my Spring Fling card

For my card, I used a sheet of STAMPlorations Collage Paper - Botanical Beats. I cut it a little larger than A2 size and tore each edge. I ink blended the edges with pumice stone distress ink for a bit of a grunge look. I stamped the image using STAMPlorations Hello Coffee stamp set. I added color with some markers. I stamped the sentiment using STAMPlorations Fond Expressions 2 stamp set. I glued the torn edge panel onto a natural A2 card base. To complete my card, I drew a frame with a thin black marker around the torn edge panel.

Here's my card

For my card, I stamped the image using STAMPlorations' Blossom Sprays #3. I added color with Copic markers RV14, RV23, V06, YG63. I stamped the sentiment using STAMPlorations' Fond Expressions 2 stamp set. I trimmed the panel slightly and matted with a pink A2 card panel. To complete my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card panel with double-sided tape.
