Happy Little Stampers ~ October Christmas Challenge

Hi Friends - it's less than three months to Christmas. Have you been working on your Christmas cards? There is a new challenge at Happy Little Stampers ~ Christmas Challenge. Perhaps, you'll be inspired to join our challenge or maybe you'll find inspiration either from one of the design team members or other crafters joining the challenge for your Christmas card.

Here's my card

For my card, I started by die cutting the "joy" word, using Hero Arts Joy Stamp & Cut from gold cardstock. I thought it would be fun to use some holly and berries for the little "dot" above the "j". Did you know that there is a word for the little "dot", it's "tittle". I learned something today! I used the same Stamp & Cut set to heat emboss with gold embossing powder the "to the world" onto some green tone-on-tone patterned paper in the space between the "j" and "y". I found some pretty Christmas colored striped pattern paper that went with the green strip, so I cut it to an A2 size for my background. For the holly and berry, I used Paper Smooches Holly die set and some scraps of paper. I assembled everything and adhered the panel to a white A2 card base to complete my card.

We'd love to see what you create!
