Perfectly CAS ~ May Challenge

I don't know about you - time seems to be flying. March felt like it was about 365 days long. Since the end of March, I feel like I closed my eyes and it's already mid-May. CRAZY!

It's time for a new challenge at Perfectly CAS. This month, the challenge is

Here's my card

I'm definitely a cat-person. I looked through my "animal" stamps and settled on this Technique Tuesday's Sassy Cat stamp. I used an oval makeup brush and applied distress inks - worn lipstick and peacock feathers to a 2.5" x 2.5" panel. I then stamped the sassy cat and sentiment. Before I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base, I used some silver metallic thread to make a "nest" for under the panel to complete the card.
