For those who know me, layers are not "my thing". I'm a clean and simple kind of gal. So .... this was a challenge for me. Here's my card
I decided on a spotlight card. I started by stamping Stampin' Up's Corner Garden on a white A2 card panel. I stamped it again (well, at least the top part of it, on 96 lb bristol). Using a Sizzix circle die, I die cut a circle from the stamped image on the 96 lb bristol. I added colour with a water brush and Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. The sentiment is from Simon Says STAMP's Lots of Thanks stamp set. I trimmed the white A2 panel down slightly and matted with black.
