Paper Smooches May 15-28 Thank You Challenge

I probably make more "thank you" cards than any other card. It's mostly because there is a charity here in Vancouver where I donate my "thank you" cards. They use the cards to thank donors or others who help them. It definitely helps to have somewhere that can put my cards to good use.

So, when I saw the current challenge at Paper Smooches

I just knew that I had to join. Here's my card

For this one-layer card, I started by masking off a 1.75" strip with post-it tape. I pulled out "thank you" stamps from Paper Smooches' Good Gab, Word Salad, Many Thanks, Salutations, Natural Beauties stamp sets. Using my MISTI, I was able to position the various stamps and stamped them with Versafine Onyx Black ink. For the "Thanks so much" stamp set, I stamped it with Hero Arts Pale Tomato ink, for something just a bit different. Then I added spun sugar distress ink, applied with an ink blending tool, to the entire area. I carefully removed the post-it tape and ta-da, card is finished!
