Pals Paper Arts PPA261

Here's my card
It's for the current challenge at Pals Paper Arts

07-23 PPA 261
I used two stamp sets from The Alley Way



So, I'm going to link this card to their July linkup also.

I used a swirl embossing folder for the background. Here's a close-up.
