Cupcake Inspirations ~ Challenge #500 SPOTLIGHT - Louby Lou

We're still celebrating out 500th Challenge at Cupcake Inspirations.

Today, the spotlight is on Digital Designs by Louby Lou, who is one of the sponsors of our celebration.

Here's my card

I started with the Celebration Charlie digital stamp. It's such a cute image. I scaled it in Word and printed it out on 80 lb cardstock. I added color with Copic markers. I trimmed the panel down a bit and matted it with black cardstock.
