Here's my card

For my card, I started with a strip of Doodlebug patterned paper. I love all the bright colors. To complement the patterned paper, I used Stampin' Up's Amazing Birthday stamp set with Hero Arts inks - Neon Pink, Neon Green, Butter Bar, Neon Blue, Orange Soda. For the multi-color panel, I masked off sections as I added each ink color, one at a time. Of course, I used my MISTI to keep everything in line. For the cake, I punched it out using a 1 1/4" circle punch. For something a bit different for me, I used a kraft card base.
