My inspiration
- circle focus (well, Kim's is mostly a circle - LOL!)
- two-toned colour background
- flowers and insects (I chose silhouette images)
- scripty thank you sentiment
- sequins
Here's my card
I started by inking up a panel with distress inks (shabby shutters, tumbled glass, salty ocean) with ink blending tools. I die cut a 3 3/8" circle from the panel. Using my MISTI, I stamped images from Technique Tuesday's Wildflower stamp set. Using a fine tip black marker, I added the dotted trails of the dragonflies. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's Keep It Simple Thank You stamp set. I popped up the main panel using a piece of funfoam, cut slightly smaller than the panel. I added a few sequins to complete my card.
