a2z Scrapbooking July Challenge

Happy 150th Birthday to Canada! It's July 1st so it must be time for a new challenge at a2z Scrapbooking

Here's my card

I started by inking up a piece of 96 lb bristol with distress inks (mustard seed, spiced marmalade and picked raspberry). I spritzed quite a bit of water on my Hero Arts Asian Flower Panel stencil and carefully placed it on the inked up panel. I let it sit for a few minutes and carefully lifted the stencil. Using some paper towel, I soaked up some of the "puddles" of water. I let the panel dry. The sentiment is from Hero Arts CM130 Color Layering Hydrangea. I added a few sequins for a bit of sparkle.
