A Blog Named Hero - July Challenge

It's been awhile since I've "played" along with the gang at A Blog Named Hero. I always seem to run out of time at the end of the month. This month, I started early and yippee, I've finished in time and even in time to post before the deadline! Yeah, me!

 The challenge is


Here's my card


I started with Winnie & Walter's Bed of Roses stamp set and Versafine Onyx black ink. I added some gelatos over each flower. Using my finger, I spread out the colour and blended a bit. To get more blending, I used a paint brush and some water. I placed the card on a bold background cardstock. The sentiment is from Hero Arts Happy Mother's Day stamp set.

    Oh, so pretty. The colors are just luscious... reminds me of my favorite Bubbleberry sno-cone that I used to get as a kid. Thanks so much for joining us over at A Blog Named Hero!
