Here's my card
For my card, I used Simon Says STAMP's Tri Square die. I remember seeing this die and thinking that I had to have it. I think that this might be the first time I actually used it. Do you have things in your stash that you HAD to have and then, never use it? OK - you don't have to answer that question - LOL! I die cut the front of a white A2 card base with the die. On a white A2 panel, I lightly marked with a pencil the area just beyond the edges of the "windows" and ink blended with distress inks - peacock feathers, tumbled glass and mermaid lagoon, applied with oval ink blending brushes. For the critters, I used Taylored Expressions' Sneak a Peek stamp set. I stamped the critters with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white cardstock. I added color with Touch markers 21, 56, 85, 107, CG5, WG3 and fussy cut them. I glued the critters to the back of the front of the card base, so that they were visible through the "windows". I stamped the sentiment using Spellbinders' Fill My Heart Sentiment stamp set, received as part of the Crop & Create Delivered March 2023 event box with Gina K Design's Ocean Mist ink. I trimmed the A2 panel slightly and adhered it to the back of the front of the card with double-sided tape.
We'd love to see how you interpret this sketch in our gallery.
