Paper Smooches SPARKS July 26-August 1 Designer Drafts Challenge

Here's my card
It's for the current challenge at Paper Smooches
 



 I couldn't figure out what to do. I'm not a "tag" person. As I was looking for inspiration in my "scraps" box, I found a small watercolour panel that looked like the ocean. Then, I knew what to do.

I stamped the fish from these Paper Smooches stamp sets with Memento Tuxedo black ink, coloured them with Copics and fussy cut them. I added some Wink of Stella, well, because I could (LOL!).  Here's a close-up.
The sentiment is perfect too.
