Here's my card

It's for the current challenge at TIME OUT Challenges 

 Inspired by Words

Happy is the Bride that the Sun Shines on

I chose to focus on the "bride" part of the phrase. I found a piece of white shimmer paper. I used the swirl embossing folder to emboss the skirt of the dress. I used various sizes of ovals from my Creative Memories ovals to cut the skirt and bodice of the dress. I found a piece of sparkly ribbon to use as a belt to add a bit of bling. I used a border punch to finish the bottom of the dress.
