The Card Concept Design Team Application

Am I crazy? Yup, I probably am. I just started blogging at the end of January 2015. It was mostly recording how I made my cards and where I found my inspiration. I try to remember to list which stamps/inks I used so if I wanted (or if someone reading my blog wanted) to recreate the card, it would be easy to do. Sometimes, I need to record how I made the card - did I use a mask or stencil? However now, I find myself addicted to card making! I.can.not.stop!!! LOL!

I think that my style fits in the Clean and Graphic style. I like clean lines, no frills, bare boned, message communicated quickly and simple treatment of text. I find that I'm drawn to the graphic style - it must be the left-brain dominance! I chose the floral theme as inspiration - mainly because probably half of my stamps are floral! Also, I love colour - brighter the better. It makes me happy! I just received this Unity Stamp set and wanted to give it a try. The flower is so cute.

The "thank you" die is from Papertrey Ink and is "inset" into the card front.
