Here's my card
It's for the current challenge at Runway Inspired Challenge
Here's the inspiration
I had seen a technique on Pinterest for a reverse Joseph's coat - ink added to the card base; fairly solid image clear heat embossed; black ink added on top. It's what I thought of when I saw this inspiration photo. So, I gave it a try.
I used distress inks and ink blending tools to add colour to the card base. I used these three Impression Obsession background stamps. I masked off each of the three areas and used versamark ink and clear embossing powder over each of the areas. I used an ink blending tool to add the black ink on top. I realized after, that there was some red on the outfit. So, I repeated the process for the sentiment.
Thanks for visiting
Great take on that outfit, Sue and a neat technique! I haven't come across it before but it gives a fab effect :)ReplyDelete
