Try A Sketch On Tuesday ~ Challenge #693

It's time for a new sketch challenge at Try A Sketch On Tuesday. Here's the sketch

Here's my take on the sketch

I started with STAMPlorations' Sketched: Tulips stamp. I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on whiate cardstock. I added color with Copic markers RV14, RV23 and YG63. I trimmed the cardstock to 2 3/4" x 4" and matted with a dark gray cardstock. I looked through my stash of patterned papers and found this geometric paper. I cut a 2 1/2" x 4 1/4" piece for the horizontal strip. I found a piece of pink cardstock to complement the focal image. I adhered the pieces to a dark teal A2 card panel which was adhered to a white A2 card base to complete my card.
