Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #679

Happy Monday! Time for a new challenge at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge. Here's the sketch.

Here's my card

For my card, I started with an old Stampin' Up paper stack called Cherry On Top. I picked two three patterned papers. I used the gold with white dots and cut a piece 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" for the background. I cut a 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" piece of the balloon paper, which I matted with a mid gray cardstock. I cut a strip of the third patterned paper for the 3/4" strip appearing from below the balloon paper. I used Poppy Stamps' Simple Banner die to die cut the banner string and pennants. I used scraps of cardstock to die cut the pennants. I adhered the pieces in place and then adhered the panel to a 4 1/4" square white card base to complete my card.
