Shery, the owner and brains behind STAMPlorations has released nine new sets of collage papers here (well, this is the link to all the collage papers). This clean and simple gal had some challenges stepping outside her comfort zone to create something with these beautiful collage papers. This is the Botanical Beats Collage Paper pack that I received to work with.

These are three cards that I came up with ...
For this card, I cut an A2 panel from one of the Botanical Beats collage papers. I used STAMPlorations' Rosegarden stencil with distress inks (abandoned coral, bundled sage) applied with oval ink blending brushes. I then used STAMPlorations' Typografia Thankful - Gratitude is the Blossom stamp. I trimmed the panel slightly and matted with black cardstock. To complete the card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 cardbase.
For this card I used another A2 panel from another Botanical Beats collage paper. I tore the edges of each of the sides. I fussy cut the flowers from another part of the paper. I ink blended the edges with vintage photo distress ink to make the panel feel more vintage. I stamped the sentiment using STAMPlorations' Say It Big - Do What You Love stamp set. I glued the panel and the flowers to a natural A2 card base. I trimmed the flowers where they extended beyond the card base to complete my card.

For Card 3, I cut another A2 card panel using one of the Botanical Beats collage papers. I cut half inch vertical strips. I glued the stripes in place with a thin space between adjacent strips on a natural A2 card base until the entire panel was covered. For the sentiment, I used STAMPlorations' Inspirational #1 Clear Sticker pack. I chose a sticker and placed it on a orange/brown strip of cardstock. I trimmed the strip down and cut a double fishtail banner and glued it in place to finish my card.
A big thank you to STAMPlorations!
