Here's my card for the current challenge at TIME OUT Challenges

The challenge is

Celebrations with optional twist of die cutting/fussy cutting

I used the Simon Says STAMP Happy Every Day. When I first saw this technique, I wondered how it was accomplished. It's easier than it looks. I stamped the sentiment on the card base and then on three scraps of coloured cardstock - green, blue and red. I cut out balloons using WPlus9 Whole Lotta Happy die set using the coloured cardstock. Then I overlap the white cardbase and adhere the balloons, lining up the sentiment. I hand-drew the balloon strings and a little bow.
