Mojo Monday 446 Contest

Here's the sketch for the current challenge at Mojo Monday




Here's my card


I die cut balloons using WPlus9 Whole Lotta Happy dies using colours from the piece of printed paper. The sentiment is from Clearly Besotted (I think!). I used a Stampin Up border punch to make the scalloped border. I used some thin silver thread for the balloon strings.
