The challenge:
 

One Layer Card 

and we would like you to include

Splatters

These could be applied in any way you choose, stamped, flicked, spritzed, dropped, whatever!

I masked off an area for the sentiment. 

I used this watercolour paint set from Michaels and flicked the paint from a paintbrush onto the card front.

Added the sentiment from this stamp set.
