Try A Sketch On Tuesday ~ Challenge #706

Hey crafty friends! It's time for a new challenge at Try A Sketch On Tuesday. Here's the sketch.

Here's my card

For my card, I used patterned papers from a 6x6 pad. I love that the colors all go together and I don't have to "think". I cut the floral and plaid papers to size and adhered them to a cream A2 card base. For the corner elements, I used my Ohuhu markers to make some colored cardstock. I used Ohuhu B575, R295, Y593. I scribbled the markers onto white cardstock and die cut using Pink & Main's Envlope Pop Up Cards dies. I chose to create my own colored cardstock because I was too lazy to search for scraps that went with the colors of my patterned paper. I used Poppystamps Leafy Sprig die to cut sprigs from scraps of green cardstock. For the sentiment, I cut a strip of blue cardstock and stamped the sentiment using Your Next Stamp's Cool Tag Banner Sentiments. I glued the large sentiment strip in place and glued the die cuts to finish off my card.
