There's a new challenge starting today for those who created Christmas cards year round. It's AAA Christmas Card Challenges. Here's the first challenge.
Here's my card
For my card, I started with Elizabeth Craft Designs' Twiggy Things dies. I die cut the wreath and added a bit of brushed corduroy distress ink applied with an oval ink blending brush. For the poinsettias, I used Birch Press Designs' Little Poinsettia Flowers dies and white cardstock. I added color with barn door, aged mahogany and wild honey distress inks applied with mini ink blending brushes. I glued the layers of the flowers and flower centers in place. On a light gray A2 card panel, I heat embossed the sentiment using CASual Fridays' Snowy Sayings stamp set and gold embossing powder. I glued the wreath and poinsettia flowers in place. To finish off my card, I adhered the A2 panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.
We'd love to see your "TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS" card in our gallery.
