Time Out Challenges - Challenge #27

Here's my card

 For the challenge at Time Out Challenge

Our theme is:

Clean and Simple

 with the optional twist of:

Black and White plus a Splash of One Colour. 




Stamped this image with Memento Tuxedo black ink

from this Stampin Up Serene Silhouettes set

Used this circle stencil; masking off adjacent circles

 Used daubers an these distress inks 
The sentiment is from this stamp set
