Here' my card for this week's challenge at CAS(E) this Sketch #112.

 

 CAS(E) this Sketch

 I used this Memory Box Script thanks die. I cut it twice times - the green piece was cut at 1 3/8" x 5 1/4"; the striped piece was cut at 2 5/8" x 5 1/4"; I used a few small pieces of washi tape to keep the green and striped pieces together when cutting the die; and I cut out the thanks on white cardstock. I carefully adhered the pieces together to create this card.
