Here's the sketch from Pals Paper Arts 

 PPA245



 Used this Impressions Obsessions background stamp, versamark and white embossing powder; heated with heat tool
 Added these distress inks with ink blending tools in random fashion
Die cut the sentiment using this Simon Says Stamp die
