For my card, I rotated the sketch 90 degrees to the left. Here's my card.
For the scene, I used Simon Says STAMP's Holiday Horizon stencils on white cardstock. I added colors using distress inks - bundled sage, hickory smoke, weathered wood applied with oval ink blending brushes. I die cut a circle from the scenery using a Sizzix circle die. For the sentiment, I used Simon Says STAMP's Handwritten Sentiments on a scrap of cardstock. I also die cut the sentiment using another Sizzix circle die. I adhered the circles in place on a light gray A2 card panel. I found some scraps of patterned paper that I cut into fish-tail banners and adhered them in place. To finish my card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.
We'd love to see how you interpret our sketch in our gallery.
