ANYTHING GOES
Our sponsor this month is Brass & Bliss. Fun fact - they used to be known as Rubbernecker Stamps, which you may have seen at a Stamp & Scrapbook Expo. Unfortunately, I'm unable to link to their website as it's restricted to the US. They generously are offering a $50 gift card to their store. This prize is restricted to US addresses only.
Here's my card
For my card, I used Rubbernecker Stamps' Neighborhood stamp set. I stamped the image on a white A2 card panel with Memento Tuxedo black ink. I also made a mask with post-it notes. I used the mask and added the clouds using My Favorite Things' Clouds stencil and tumbled glass distress ink, applied with an oval ink blending brush. For the grass, I masked off the bottom area and used shabby shutters distress ink applied with an oval ink blending brush. I removed the masks. I added color to the houses using Copic markers - BG09, G07, R05, R46, V09, Y17. For the sentiment, I used Your Next Stamps' Whatnot Sentiments Four and PinkFresh Studio's Mermaid Lagoon ink and Versafine Onyx Black ink. I used a Brass & Bliss' Deckle Frame die to die cut a frame using kraft cardstock. I adhered it around the little scene I created. To complete the card, I adhered the panel to a white A2 card base with double-sided tape.
We'd love to see your ANYTHING GOES card in our gallery. Remember to use a die cut.
