Nacho Average Challenge #173

Here's my card for the current challenge at Nacho Average Challenges





Here's the sketch







For the bottom panel, I used a polka dot stencil and ink blending tools to add distress inks (picked raspberry, seedless preserves and twisted citron). For the top panel, I used these two Stampin Up sets
