CAS(E) this Sketch #145

Here's my card

It's for the current challenge at CAS(E) this Sketch! 





I used this Simon Says STAMP set

I stamped on a piece of white cardstock, cut slightly smaller than a regular A2 card front. I also stamped on a piece of coloured cardstock.

I cut out a balloon using this Paper Smooches die set from the coloured cardstock.




I adhered the balloon exactly above the corresponding part of the stamped sentiment on the white cardstock. Using a thin black marker, I added the balloon string. I cut a black mat to add a thin border.
