CAS(E) this Sketch #107

OK, it's been over 3 years since I've been here. I needed a place to keep track of the cards I made and more importantly (to me) how I made them. LOL!

CAS(E) this Sketch #107

CAS(E) this Sketch

Using this border die, cut a sample from 60 lb paper; use this die cut as a mask

Cut card to 4.25" x 11"; score at 5.5"
Tape off back of card (at score line with post-it tape)
Tape down die cut (with post-it tape)

Pounce using ink blending tool (or dauber) using Ripe Persimmon, Picked Raspberry and Peacock Feathers; overlap some colours

Add 1/4" black strip, colour block and stamp sentiment. Finished card.

  3. Gorgeous! What a great idea to use die for a templet. I have a similar die with butterflies I am going to try this with. TFS

  4. Came over from Heather N's blog. I love this color combination, would have NEVER thought of it, but it blends beautifully.
