Less is More Challenge #402 OLC Stencils

I was stumped by the challenge last week at Less is More. However, this week, I was inspired.

Here's my card

On my white A2 cardbase, I masked off a 1.75" horizontal strip on the bottom half, with post-it tape. I used Hero Arts Mermaid Sea Waves stencil and added colour with Distress inks (cracked pistachio, peacock feathers, salty ocean) with ink daubers. I carefully removed the post-it tape. I stamped the sentiment and a few fish using Simon Says STAMP's Best Fishes stamp set.
